This is the best swimbait rod you will ever use. It is an 8' rod, rated at 3/4-6oz 15-40 pound test and has a Mod fast tip. The rod is built from the most versatile blank created with 3 action points:
One activated during casting (to properly load the blank)
One activated during the lure retrieve (to properly work the lure)
One activated during the hookset (with shock absorption not to lose fish)

Utilizing an American tackle 18-8 stripper guide which increases casting distance, and allows for smoother transition from the stripper guide to runner guides. Runner guides are Recoil guides which are lighter, and virtully indistrucable. finished off with an American tackle tip top. 
 
We use a custom made handle, that is 14" long which allows you to tuck the rod under your arm for support when working the bait, or when fighting those GIANT bass that eat swimbaits.
